What the receipt can say

Whether the transaction was found and succeeded on the chain.
Whether a transfer of the network’s supported stablecoin settled, with sender, recipient and amount when exactly one transfer is identifiable.

What it does not say

That the payment was authorized or approved — the policy decision is recorded as UNKNOWN.
Who the payer or recipient is in the real world, or that anything was delivered.
That the payment was safe or compliant.

Receipts are free and need no account. They are unlisted, not private: anyone with the exact receipt ID or link can open it. If a receipt for the same transaction already exists, you get that receipt.
